Lead Pastor
Aaron Tredway
Aaron became Fellowship’s Lead Pastor in July 2017. After his graduation from California State University, Stanislaus, in 1998, he played soccer in the top professional leagues throughout North America, Africa, and Asia. Before joining Fellowship’s Staff, he spent 13 years ministering with Ambassadors Football, and obtained a Doctorate of Ministry from Liberty University. He and his wife, Ginny, were married in 2011. They have one son – Noah.

David Chittock
David founded his own business – Incentra, Inc. – over 25 years ago. He joined Fellowship’s staff as a volunteer in 2024 and has served multiple terms as an Elder. Dave & Linda have have three adult sons (Kendrick, Cameron, and Connor), two adult “sons” from Kenya (Wahinya and Kimani) and three grandchildren. They run ASPIRE Globally, a non-profit that provides faith, education, and sports for kids in Kenya. In his spare time, David loves fly fishing, reading, and spending time with his family.

George Franco
George lives in NC and runs his own trucking company. The Executive Team and Elders value his wisdom as he has led staff and operations at multiple multi-site churches. George & Tara love spending time with their children and grandchildren.
